Landing a plane is so overrated. The next time you’re looking to shave precious minutes off your travel time just grab your wingsuit and jump out of the plane, leaving your pilot to deal with the redundancy of airports and runways. As the incredible video below shows, gliding with a wingsuit (and the aid of super awesome jet boots) makes you look extraordinarily awesome as you descend back to Earth. Base jumping holds the same idea. After you jump off your base (be it a building, a mountain or your roof), just spread your arms and legs and the added surface will increase air resistance and slow your free fall. I’ve already ordered a red and yellow suit with a pair of jet boots so that everyone thinks I’m Iron Man when I drop into my son’s Halloween Party.

On a related note, flying squirrels are atrocious.
